We’re looking for a Sales Executive with strong B2B experience who is passionate about helping businesses grow through web, app, and digital marketing solutions.
🧠 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital/tech)
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle – from outreach to closing
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Confident in negotiation and handling high-value deals
- Strategic thinker with strong client relationship skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, social media, content, etc.)
- Data-driven with the ability to track and report performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
📌 Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the entire B2B sales process
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in Indonesia
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored digital solutions
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver results
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets
- Track performance and maintain accurate sales reporting
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity
- Attend client meetings as needed (transport costs reimbursed)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently
